Approaching late October and the butterflies are busy at the flowers that are still blooming. Here an Orange Sulphur (Colias eurytheme), top, and a Variegated Fritillary (Euptoieta claudia), bottom, are sipping the nectar of Frost Aster (Symphyotrichum pilosum).
